Sales Representatives

ANL Lighting is expanding. We have sales positions available for highly motivated people. We train, support and reward our staff.

You will have:

We are a company with over 40,000 customers nation-wide. ANL Lighting Pty. Ltd provides a structured environment with excellent working conditions, training, support and management.

Overall responsibility:

Sales Representatives

  • Work within a given territory or sales area
  • Report to their Sales Manager
  • Have a portfolio of lighting customers within a designated area. They work as an integral part of a sales' team.

 

Key Areas of Sales Representatives

  • Make between 60 and 80 calls per day
  • Perform a sales/service role
  • Have a strong sense of customer service
  • Have good organisational skills
  • Are proficient in computer use such as email
  • Efficient in multi-tasking
  • Communicate clearly to customers via the telephone
  • Have a positive, outgoing and energetic attitude
  • Have good written communication skills
  • Able to problem solve
  • Support team members

Terms of employment:

  • Full-time position
  • Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.45pm
  • Initial induction and ongoing sales and product training
  • Salary plus commission

Selection Criteria (Preferred)

  • Customer service experience
  • Proven track record in achieving goals and targets
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to easily and quickly build rapport with customers
  • Ability to negotiate
  • Good computer skills especially in Microsoft Word, Excel and email.
  • A driven results oriented attitude
  • Evidence of ability to manage time efficiently
  • Experience working in a team environment
